Modern design style is simple, refined, and timeless. The most important quality of this style is being functional.
In Yarzeh Residence we went for a modern style by incorporating modern furniture because of its simple and functional nature, also we used natural materials and earthy colors. Modern style seems to simplify everything transforming the interior into a living and breathing space that has a sense of harmony and eclecticism.
The space contains attractive details and variable elements, but never allows you to feel the cluttered spaces. It is also comfortable and warm for daily habitation, and inviting to guests. Moreover, elements that soften the feel of the room and add a touch of luxury were added which made space feel warmer.
The use of wooden furniture, wood finishes and cladding transformed this interior space into a stylish and expensive interior. Also adding other accessories into the mix like paintings, mirrors and plants by balancing them with color and texture, added a touch of elegance and richness to the space by still maintaining generous spaces.
What also makes this space unique is the use of advanced home automation by implementing several creative solutions that make our clients’ life better, safer and more comfortable. All in whole, home automation provides convenience, safety, and saves energy .We wanted to integrate our system within their space in a subtle way that compliments their design aesthetic and lifestyle, and thus our automation system was custom built to meet our clients’ needs and requirements. We implemented this system in various utilizations such as lighting system, heating system, air conditioning, security system, and ventilation, in addition to home theater and sound system, and home appliances like washing machines, microwave ovens, and refrigerators.
